What is Life Coaching?
Perhaps we should begin by saying what Life Coaching is not. Life Coaching is neither therapy nor counselling. They are mainly concerned with the past. Life
Coaching is only concerned with the future - your future! It doesn't matter what you have
done or achieved in the past. Perhaps you are not sure what you want from life. Life Coaching can certainly help you determine the direction to take in order
to live a happier, more fulfilled and enriched life.
