The benefits of Life Coaching
To be clear from the start, life coaching is not appropriate for everyone - and not everyone is suitable for life coaching! Fortunately, most people who enter a coaching programme do see great benefits and do make great steps forward in their lifes - whether it concerns work, family, work/life balance, pleasure, ambition or just general well being. The most immediate effects of life coaching are a sense of direction and a sense of purpose. Many people feel they want - and deserve, more from life, and coaching can give a clear sense of direction. Having a sense of direction gives increased self confidence, motivation, self-respect and personal happiness from the knowledge that we are taking positive steps towards improving our life.
Life Coaching is all about   YOU!
Many thousands of people have enjoyed the benefits gained from Life Coaching.   Having your own life coach is having someone
who is totally focussed on you and on how you can improve and get more from life.  It is having someone who will help you determine exactly
what you want - many of us know that we want 'something', but just don't know what it is! It is about gaining real satisfaction and
discovering true happiness in life.   As your Life Coach, I will never tell you what to do! Together, we will discover what you need to do
to gain the happiness, success, motivation, self-awareness and self acceptance that is necessary
for a happy and fulfilled life.   Life Coaching enables people to become more self-assured, assertive, motivated and charismatic.
Perhaps like most people, you really are unsure about exactly what you want from life. As your Life Coach,
we will determine exactly what you are really seeking - in whatever area you choose for us to work.
Once we have determined your goals I will work with you to ensure that they are realistic and attainable.   We will then
examine the options available to achieving them.   Finally we will
determine just how serious you are - what is your will, in achieving them.
"It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them"
Sir John Whitmore -   Author of   'Coaching for Performance'.
As your personal Life Coach, I will work closely with you to determine exactly what you are seeking from the area chosen to be coached on.
My role as your coach will simply be to help you determine what changes you wish to make, and then help you to make those changes.
Everything we discuss will be in complete confidence and I will never be judgemental or critical of you - or your choices.
Each coaching session will be completely focussed on you.   The session is always under your control.   I will work with you to overcome your limiting beliefs - we all have them
and they can be removed. As your personal Life Coach, you will receive my undivided attention.   I will support and possibly challenge you, but I will never criticise
or judge you. My personal coaching style is 'non-directive', which means that wherever possible, you will provide the answers, but perhaps with a little help from me in finding them.
Coaching normally takes place over the telephone -   this is generally more convenient for both of us and of course,
keeps costs down.   Each session usually lasts for about 45 minutes.   We begin the session with a brief recap of our last session
and we discuss any 'tasks' set during the last session.   Tasks are never arduous and are set simply to ensure that you move towards your chosen goals in the shortest possible time.
